RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We are unfortunately unable to accept the return of live plants. We ensure all of our plants are of a healthy standard upon leaving our shop; we are unable to accept liability for any care after they have left the premises.
We are happy to accept the return of other goods within 21 days of purchase and provided that they are in the same condition that they were sent in. We are unable to cover the cost of posting returns.
If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged parcel, please take photos before and after opening, to assist us with any claims.
We work hard to provide a clear photograph and description of your chosen plant. However, all plants are unique and, whilst the pot size remains the same, there is always variation in size and shape from one plant to the next.
